More love for our Vikings
"Minnesota will be an interesting team to watch. Randy Moss is gone, and the Vikings brought in some good players in the draft. Daunte Culpepper is in the prime of his career for the next 6-8 years. The window of opportunity for that team is now. Can they make everything fall into place? You've got to be fortunate to win Super Bowls, but you've got to at least advance to the playoffs to put yourself in position. The time is now for Minnesota."

This was from Gil Brandt of CBS sportsline.com, if they like us that's saying something (they are quite biast) The Vikings were one of three teams on his opinion list.

Re: More love for our Vikings
I don't really think the time has to be now but I think we need to of won a Super Bowl within the next 3 years. If we don't then, well I'll be mad to say the least.
The best part of my day is when I get down on my knees, with my head in my hands, and thank GOD for everything he has given me.

Re: More love for our Vikings
Yeah, we have a pretty good window of opportunity here. The next 3 years or so are definately the years to make a run. With that said, we definately have the ability to do it!

Re: More love for our Vikings
I am very optimistic about our window of opportunity. I think with the recent player changes, new ownership and die hard fans we really should be able to capitalize this time around. We had better because I think some of our division foes are getting better and I am definately not tralking about the fudge packers!
