Yeah it's excellent for the team. That's why it's happening all around the NFL now.

Re:Missed practice time starting to concern Childress

I can't wait for Brett to join the team just so I can quit hearing people (fans) whine about it. There is plenty more crap to worry about than the fact Favre isn't in Mankato.

    Stop the whining!

We all know the team would probably be better off if Favre showed in camp. Exactly how much is debatable, but it certainly wouldn't hurt for him to make an appearance. We also know that the team would be much worse off with Favre not on the team.

Favre missing camp is the price you pay for having Favre on your team...this isn't news.

Deal with it and move on.

    But please, stop the whining!

    Tweeted from Judd:

Not practicing for the Vikes today: Harvin, Rice, Grifin, Reynaud, Leman, Herrera, Shiancoe.

I thought Harvin was supposed to be back practicing today. Cripes...he sure has missed a lot of time for a death in the family.

I'm mostly worried about the cohesiveness the team will have week 1. Playing against the saints we don't have time for them to learn each other like we did last year when we had week 1 against the browns.

Yeah I mean almost all of our offensive stars have been severely limited or not seen any action at all so far this training camp. I'm concerned as well.

I don't know. It's hard to put a price on how much you can learn by sitting and watching. One more year of observing the great BF, should put TJ in a position to really light the league on fire.

Im not overly concerned just right now. We havent lost a lot of guys and the ones that are missing know the system and set up, i'd be more concerned at this point if it was the likes of Gerhart and Cook missing reps.

Thank you Singer for posting...and then attempting to immediately turn it a Favre-thread.

I remember someone calling out Sidney Rice a month ago.....who was it?
