My guess is Bollinger isn't going to challenge him too much so unless we do something out of character for the organization I think his job is pretty safe

I think the title of the article says it all. You have the people around you now, so go and do something with them!

got faith in him he just needs to go and prove it

Tarvaris will continue to get better, and now with some help at WR he will have a much improved season. They will still try to solidify the backup QB position but we have other more pressing needs, like a DE. We just have to watch who becomes available, but this is T-Jacks year to shine.

They deserve an award for being able to understand what he's saying well enough to write it down.

Back to TJack. I wish him luck. I just don't see enough to warrent complete faith in him.
He's a Viking s i wish he becomes Payton Manning on steriods this year. However, I believe this year will be worst than last year.

1) Defense are going to pick up right where they left off with a heavy dose of blitzing mixed with 9 man fronts.

2) We still haven't found a way to stop teams from spreading us out and picking us apart, so what makes you think we will be able to make the inverse adjustments on offense

3) TJack is going to play his way out of the fronts he will see. If he is able to string together about 6 games then defenses will back off. If he faulters then it will be like blood in a pool of sharks all season long.

In closing, Tjack's larges issue is what happenes when he proves that he is good enough to beat these 9 man fronts. How will he play when defenses start baiting him and playing zones design to confuse him and make him make errant throws. This why i believe many of you don't understand how far behind the learning curve this guy really could be.
