Only start a rookie qb if you want to finish the season 4-12.

    Agree on Whittaker.

Tell me your take on the likes of Steve Smith and other standout receivers early in their career.

I do believe he is a joke WR, right?

We need to be careful to look at the whole of the player and his career and not less.

    Jake Reed?
    Other "brick hands"?

    Ah hell cut Williamson.

Bethel Johnson is a playmaker for sure...dumb penalties are killing us all around...and some how Smoot get thrown into the equation...and he didn't even play today...yet I am sure he cost us the game...he may be struggling...but get real...I agree with the Whitaker...hell cut Pinner while we're cleaning house.

Not that I am arguing the general point, but isn't Winfield considered better than Smoot?

Ick! Smoot has played poorly, especially with his tackling! He's not as bad as some give him credit for, but IMO Winfield is much better. Unless you're living in 2003.

Yes, Winfield is a better cornerback than Smoot. (because he's more complete)

But, Smoot is a better cover cornerback.
