I think teams are finally coming round to the fact that Cap management is a huge aspect of the team's running each year. My only concern in the future is the potential for an uncapped season if labour relations between the owners and players sour. If it does then all his good work will be undone and those teams who suck at cap management will be back on an equal footing. >:(

Yeah, i'm glad zygi didnt get rid of him when he started cleaning house once he bought the team... one of the best in the business.... Glad we have him!

I like some of the moves he does but I would like to see him continue to manage the cap this well, when the quality of FA we bring in go up.
