Minneapolis #6 on ESPN's Most Tortured Cities

Great article by Rob Neyer, an ESPN columnist, and fellow Viking fan . . . sharin' the pain!

Well, i don't think that anyone on this site can disagree with them. Other than the Twins winning in '87 and '92, and the North Stars winning in the 90's. What other winners have we had? Nothing! That's why this is our year:

    Twolves
    Twins
    Vikings
and Wild Win It All this year
God Bless America, & the MINNESOTA VIKINGS!!!

Agreed with the vikings, this could be our year.

Disagree with the t-wolves, they have to get out of this second round just to play the lakers. If they can beat the kings of course.

Dont care about the twins or wild.

I'm a little nervous for the T-wolves game tomorrow night. We aren't playing all that well, but we do have home court advantage so that should help!! How many championships have the Minnesota franchises won? I think we have only two the '87 and 91' World Series wins. I don't think the North Stars ever won the title, they just lost to the Penguins sometime in the '90s. We have been tortured, but we'll get ours sometime!! SOON!

I get the most pissed off looks from people with my VKG 4 LFE Wisconsin license plate, and I LOVE IT!!
