Thread: Is Mike Tice on the hot seat?

I have a sneaky suspicion that after the loss to the Raiders(another
humiliating)loss, that you can add Tice's name to the list of coaches
who are under fire if we don't make the playoffs. He guarantees a
win at Oakland and doesn't deliver; he now says we're a playoff team
and if he doesn't deliver on that how are Vikings fans supposed to
believe anything else he says. Do the players want to play for this
guy? At the start of the year I would obviously had to say yes; but
now it looks like there's nothing that can be done to save this de-
fense.
To be a good coach you have to understand your personnel; that goes
for coaches as well as players. Emotionally, right now, this team
is dead in the water. When a bad play happens or somebody misses an
assignment there's no guy on this team who will get in your face to
let you know how bad you screwed up.
Do the vikings have untouchables on this team? No matter how bad
they screw up everything is still okay? It sure looks like it. Bennett fumbles in the Chargers game and he doesn't play again. cul-
pepper plays like he plays not a word said.
