Michael Bennett on PFC Radio

Just been listening to Michael Bennett being interviewed on PFC Radio and man does he sound confident. Tice has really got these guys ready for camp and the season, bottom line is that they are looking to win the division and get to the Superbowl.
Bennett came over as being very confirdent in both his and the team's abilities without getting cocky about it. In his words he's looking for a 1600 yd season rushing with possibly 300 yds receiving, but definitely concentrating on the rushing part of his game

All in all makes me feel very confident

Is there anything else that he mentioned which could be important this season?? LIke about specific players, more notably the rookies and the D itself with cottrell at the controls?

He did mention that there was no problem between three backs ( himself, Williams & Smith ) about who was getting carries and how many - made a big emphasis on the team aspect for the year.
There was mention made about the defence but I didn't catch it all, he either said that they had the potential to be in the top 5 or that he expected them to be in the top 5 - not sure which it was.
The subject of Lesnar came up and , without any putting down, Bennett did mention how hard it's going to be for Lesnar to crack the NFL. However Brock as got Bennett's full support in what he is doing.

Thats great news! I like the emphasis put on the TEAM aspect because if they are going to have a sucessful season they will need everyone to contribute!

i cant wait to see how the running back position pans out. if everybody gets along and understands thier role on the team. i think we can have the most dangerous backfield in the nfl.
