OK but you have to quit your job also. While you are allowed to work again, it has to be a different field with a completely different skill set(as is the case with football players after their careers).
BTW, The IRS wants a cut of that $250,000, it's now $150,000.

Yes I would quit. I said lump sum. No taxes. Different field and skills is no excuse. They have money to go to school.
