Re: Mewlde has 2 sprained ankles!

I would like to see fason get more carries then just around the goal line where they are expecting the run, or on the the third and 1's where there expecting run, i'd like to see him get more carries in other parts of the game to see what he's got. I remember when we drafted him, his highlights where awesome.

Its no bid deal, just put 6 pounds of tape on his ankles.

The difference between Bennett and Moore is that Moore plays through minor injuries and actually performs well.

how did fonoti grade out nearly perfect?!?!?! i dont understand that...
Because Tice is grading and because Tice is the numbnut that put him in.
If that was perfect then I would hate to see bad because big boy had no fire, got pushed back into the QB 3 times and was standing around for at least a handful of run plays LOL.

I don't doubt his ability and I think he is a great player. I don't think he was standing around for lazyness it was because he had no clue who the hell he was supposed to block.

SO if getting pushed into Brad Johnson and standing around are perfect then sign me up because I can do the same thing.

Itallion, that is bunk. It is the other way around. That is how Moore got in the doghouse last year with Tice and this year too. Moore is alway being accused of being a slow healer by TICE. The difference is that Bennett has had more serious injuries which have kept him out longer. Moore has been dinged up since he stated his career with the Vikes.

As far as I am concerned, they both play through injuries when they are able to. But what I was saying is that the Moore has been accused more often than Bennett for that. Last year, Tice accused Bennett of taking his time, so Bennett got back on the field and then got injured in practice and was out more games. That is when Moore got his shot last year.

We won't get into the PERFORMS WELL part. That is an opinion that has been debated too much and too often.

Re: Mewlde has 2 sprained ankles!

Mewelde may not be our long term answer, but he is our best RB for this season. He has 4 100-yard games. If he can rush for 122 yards with a sprained wrist, and hopefully a 100+ yards with two sprained ankles next week, it really doesn't matter right?

Show the man some support. At least for this season while he is the starter. I hate it when someone focus's on the faults of a player after he has an outstanding game.

    It's just not cool.

I also don't understand why we don't put memo at the goal line. He has one of the best pair of hands on the team which opens options. Also, if he can break tackles all the way up to the red zone, I don't see why he wouldn't continue to do so.
    Halo 4. Start another fight.

MeMo will be playing, these are not that big of a deal, kind of normal in athletics, high ankle sprains are the ones to really worry about and severe sprains ... this should not be a problem.

You know what I find awesome. Its a proven fact that if you run the ball in the NFL you win games. These Past 3 games we've stuck with the running game (even when it was non exsistant) and we've won the games. MeMo should be fine bye sunday. Runnin the Ball and strong defense is really workin.
