Do you remember back in the days of Bud Grant?

I loved going to the Met.
Those flame throwers were great.
They used to push them over the yard markers and melt the snow off.
Those were the good Old days.
You just knew we were going to be in contention for the Super Bowl every year.
Wow, how things have changed.

Actually, not many know this, but there were steam heating tubes under the field at each 10 yard marker to melt the snow. A lot of the flame throwers were more for show!
