Left tackle Bryant McKinnie was back with the team Wednesday after spending Monday and Tuesday in Miami for a court hearing. McKinnie didn’t have much to say about his legal situation, referring questions to attorney Larry Kerr.

A tad more info on the McKinnie thingy...

McKinnie's attorney, Larry Kerr, is trying to get his client in a pretrial diversion program that would dismiss the charges if McKinnie fulfills certain requirements. Otherwise, his next hearing is scheduled for June 20.

    Wow!
That would be a huge change from possible jail time.
    Sounds like he's making headway.
    Lets guess:

    1. Quit Drinking
    2. Recieve Anger Management Counseling
    3. Alcoholism Therapy?
    4. Stay the hell away from clubbing with strippers and other questionable characters who may be looking to put you in a position (likely embarrassing/possibly illegal) to owe them money!
    D'oh!

I'd love to see McKinnie get his shit together, get focused, and really play up to potential!!
He could play as big or bigger (pun intended) role as AP, TJack, BB ect in making this offense click.
IF he decided to stay focused and kick some asssss.
Control the line, control the time, and give your D a chance to shine!!

Out of the courts and back on the field, Bryant McKinnie faced questions today about his upcoming June 20th court date. He's charged with felony battery for a night club brawl in Miami this past February. But McKinnie didn't say much......
