MANKATO, Minn. - After practicing against them last week, Vikings left tackle Bryant McKinnie suddenly can't wait until the next time he lines up opposite the Kansas City Chiefs....

Re: McKinnie hears Chiefs' trash talk
Good.
Maybe this may light a fire under his ass and he can start living up to his potential.

Yes, the rookie said all Ts were soft
He may not even played a down directly in front of McKinnie for all we know.
It was a sound bite.

I hope McKinnie plants him in the ground if he sees him in KC.
Maybe he needed to hear a rookie slamming him to light a fire under his ass.Zeus wrote:
When are you going to realize that picking out the 20 bad throws this year and ignoring the 300 good ones does not make your point?

Re: McKinnie hears Chiefs' trash talk
Oh, oh! I smell trouble brewing here. Remember when that was tried a few years back and they never did get a lot of plays in on time and had to use all their time-outs early.Play-calling update: Childress said the play-calling duties for tonight's game against the St. Louis Rams will be "collaborative."
"I don't know any other way to say it," Childress said. "I am not going to stand there like a deaf mute and he's not going to stand there like a deaf mute, so it's going to be a collaborative deal."
Last season, Childress handled the play calling. But he may involve offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell more this season.
It should be one or the other -- not both!Kentucky Vikes Fan

When you require nothing, you get nothing; when you expect nothing, you will find nothing; when you embrace nothing, all you will have is nothing.
