    LOL!!!
    Frickin Funny!

I've been pretty hard on the whole McKinnie thing, but I'd love to find out that it wasn't what we've heard!
Bouncers can be AHoles, but picking a fight with one is never a good idea...they've usually got backup, and when the cops get there they are much more likely to believe the guy on the clock than the guy with booze on his breath.

Since we pretty much skipped OT in the draft, I was pretty sure our TOA thought they had it covered.
    We'll see...June 2.

Salaam played for the Broncos for a few years, and followed the old zone OL guy to Houston, so he'd be a fit as far as knowledge goes...

He is just the type of guy who could step in for McKinnie while he is out and provide needed depth on the Vikings OL.
Heck, a vet like him would probably jump at the chance to play for a team like the Vikings and to block for Peterson instead of that motley crew of RBs that the Texans have.

I can't say the thought of having a Houston Texans offensive lineman is an idea I'd ever agree with.

I am interested to find out the truth of what was overblown, did he not hit him with a pole? did the bouncer actually start the fight? I'm curious as to what the truth will turn out to be.
HAHA, with their history, even the starter should scare you!

BUT I don't know the person at all
The guy would be a better option than Artis Hicks...and probably Chase Johnson as well.
BANNED OR DEAD...I'LL TAKE EITHER ONE

He returned to a bar that he had a police escort out, then returned only to end up hitting the bouncer over the head with a metal pole. How is that overblown? He is the one that returned to the seen of an earlier conflict, which makes him the agressor, which is agravated assult, which is a felony. Overblown? Not likely.

    So you were there?
Or are you the judge and jury?
The article just points out that reports coming out might have been inaccurate, and they may have been we don't know.
Why don't you wait until the court date before knowing what happened.

People close to the left tackle have said the whole thing was blown out of proportion

So, in other words, his friends. Of course they would say that.

This article says nothing, just says "overblown" with nothing to back it up except "people close to left tackle".

As a person...I know that when you go back to see someone who you were in a fight with earlier....its not to sell him Avon. Or do you think that the part where he returned back to the club hours later is a farse?

I don't know, that's the whole freaking point.
How about we wait until he has a court date before talking about what he did or didn't do.
We have a justice system for a reason, and if there is such an overwhelming evidence against him like you seem to know he will be found guilty and you can go on and on about this then.

I wonder if the club has security cameras, both inside and out.
Also wonder if the FL cops have video cameras in their cars.
As Schutz stated, let's see what shakes out in court.

Glad to see clearer heads have prevail. I was waiting for the Mac haters to rear their heads.
    No sign of them?

I'm not a huge fan of Big Mac, but everyone deserves their day in court.
