    Manning's completion %

Tice mentioned Manning's low completion % will he talked with the press today. He also said this is largely because Manning is avoiding a lot of sacks by throwing the ball away. So guess my question is this......how does the Giants O-line match up against the Viking defensive line? One might infer from Tice's comments that he believes the Vikes can win some of those matchups up front. Is this the week we see a lot of blitzings and maybe some good pressure up-front? Perhaps Manning is a little quick to unload the ball in the face of pressure - I mean he is still a very young QB.

    As always, your thoughts?

I don't know how good the Giants o-line is. But with Pat and Kevin in the middle we should be dominating any o-line that we play IMO. But that hasn't happend this year so I don't know.

    Re: Manning's completion %

Whinner Mannings passing completion percentage is only 51.6%, with 5 interceptions!

He has also been sacked 12 times

Another interesting fact that will also make you smile is the 6 teams they beat so far this year

    Cardinals 2-6

    Saints 2-7

    Rams 4-4

    Broncos 6-2 (24-23 win)

    Redskins 5-3 (36-0 win)

    49ers 2-6

The only two decent they beat with a better than .500 record is Denver & Washington!

I'm begining to think we can beat these guys!

Yeah and the Redskins day just seemed like "one of those days". Manning didn't play all that well in that game....the redskins kinda shot themselves in the foot.

We might be the best defense they have played yet (on paper).

I think Bennett is ready to roll.......contract year......a strong second half will do him well. Tice has no choice to stay with the run.

I'd like to see little eli spend all day looking at the sky. Bring on the heat right at the start and send him into panic mode.

Personally, I don't think there is intelligent life on other planets. Why should other planets be any different from this one?
