It worries me too. Not having a full-time OLine coach is not a good thing. We should at least hire a full-time assistant. I'm going to take the easy way out and blame it all on McCombs.

come'on steve. this team needs a genius, because this OC by committee is the dumbest thing i ever heard.

i don't like what i read in this article. in essence, teams coach by committee. but some are in charge of specific things...like the OC and DC.

if the OC is actually three different coaches, we are relying on their teamwork skills to make the right choice. i have a feeling tice will have the biggest pull and he very well might be the worst at making decisions.

maybe we should do what indy does... have the QB make the decisions most of the time.

As of right now, I am not feeling too good about our offense to being with and this article doesn't help me much. i just don't have too much faith in Nate burleson and Troy Williamson.

i have faith in the recievers it just this new system im kind of worried about.

I have faith in our receivers and Daunte. I hope Daunte has the power to call a lot of audibles. Hopefully we have some time outs at the end of the game.

i have faith in the players more than this system they will be testing out. just the word "testing" makes me anxious.

Pepp and his receivers are capable of doing a good job,but they have got to be comfortable with their O system.
