    Losman???????

    http://www.buffalonews.com/opinion/columns/bobdicesare/story/180298.html

    What does everyone think?
I'm not saying it will ever happen or that I am wanting it to but I just wanted to hear everyone's opinions.

i think that the work "losman" should always be followed by the word "sucks"

    Re: Losman???????

Just like Depew’s Don Majkowski, unseated in Green Bay by Brett Favre, and just like Drew Bledsoe, displaced in New England by Tom Brady, Losman has fallen victim to an injury that proved the backup should be the starter.
I don't know which is worse, comparing Losman ot Majkowski and Bledsoe, or comparing Edwards to Favre and Brady.
I understand the context, but there should be some sort of rule about putting certain names together in the same sentence.
For example, even the sentence "Joe Montana and Brooks Bollinger both enjoy food," is at least mildly offensive.

In any event, I see no way that Losman gets traded.
First, Buffalo looked like they were satisfied with the guy earlier this year.
Two decent starts by a backup does not cause you to throw the guy away.
Second, and more importantly, there is no GM in the NFL, not even in Miami, that is thinking to themselves, "boy, we could really help ourselves if we brought in an injured J.P. Losman."
If you want to predict Losman's future, I suggest you look at David Carr.

I can't believe people get paid to write this stuff.
    I want in.
When the age of the Vikings came to a close, they must have sensed it. Probably, they gathered together one evening, slapped each other on the back and said, "Hey, good job." - Jack Handey [Deep Thoughts]

    How about EDWARDS.
He's a rookie QB that seems to be grasping things quickly . . .

Losman is one of the few QB's that I am glad we don't have STARTING for us. Yuck. man, I wanted Trent Edwards so bad in the draft too. darn diggity dang.
Because I'm a Vikings fan, they are that much sexier.

I am no longer under contract by any NFL teams and therefor eligible to sign.
Why not look at me at QB?

If some news reporter reads this, and all of a sudden they mention me as the next Vikings QB, that would just be hilarisous.

That will never happen, and it would also be a completely idiotic move if it did.

Furthermore I know that M. Moore hates the guy, from when they played together at Tulane.

Thanks to PPE for the sig.

    Re: Losman???????

I have no interest in JP Lossman.
I doubt the Vikings do either.
While I grant you that our QB situation now blows, I doubt that JP is the answer...especially in the long term.

I would much rather see us target a QB in the draft and start from scratch, or grab a proven veteran somewhere.
I don't know many Bills fans, but the one's I DO know can't stand Lossman...that's good enough for me.
