Looking at the remaining schedule for the north.........

Looking at the rest of the north and our schedules, i found a glimmer of hope for a division title.
I know that this is wishfull thinking but it looks very possible to me ;D.

    Packers:

    Bears:

    Vikings
    5. Falcons -W

    5. @Det-W

    5. Saints-L
    6. @seattle-L (rodgers still hurt?)

    6. @Falcons-W

    6. Det-W
    7. Colts-L

    7. Vikings-L

    7. @Bears-W
    8. bye

    8. Bye.

    8. Bye
    9. @ titans- L

    9. Lions-W

    9. Texans-W
    10. @Min- L

    10. Titans-L

    10. GB-W
    11. Bears- W

    11. @GB-L

    11. @Bucs-W
    12. @Saints-L

    12. @Rams-W

    12. @Jac-L
    13. Panthers-L

    13. @Vikings-L

    13. Bears-W
    14. Texans-W

    14. Jac-L

    14. @Lions-W
    15. @Jac-L

    15. Saints-L

    15. @ Ari. -W
    16. @Bears-L

    16. GB-W

    16. Falcons-W
    17. Det-W

    17. Texans-W

    17. Giants-W (assuming they clinched)

That leaves the Packers at 7-9 and is very possible since rodgers may not be 100% the rest of the year.

That leaves the Bears at 8-8 hopefull but i just dont think they are much better.

That leaves our Vikings at 11-5!!!
    Can you imagine!
After the saints game it gets a lot easier for us and if we can just get into a groove with a couple of wins it is not much of a reach in my mind.

Maybe we can beat the saints Mon.
but their passing game scares the shit out of me.
So heres to hoping this team sticks together through this tough stretch and find a leader.
As you all know we have had many great starts only to blow it late in the year. Maybe this crappy start will lead to a strong finish......................................SKOL!! !!!!!!!
I put a sig on here before, but it expired?
Now i have tried again but seem to be retarded.......oh well,

    Floop the bears!

Bit of a reach maybe, but 10-6 or 11-5 is doable with the remaining schedule.
I have us beating the bears twice cause........well........... i hate the bears!

Yeah, I hate them too, but...even though their offense is worse than ours (is that REALLY possiblle) their defense dismantled the Eagles last night.
If that unit plays that hard every game these guys are NOT going to be a cake walk.
IF, and thats a big if, our offense gets better and our defense steps up to the plate...maybe.
    No gaurantees though.

Their D had a nice goal line stand but if Akers makes 1 of those 2 field goals it wouldnt have mattered.
Also the eagles were moving the ball at will until buckhalter went out.
when he came back in, right down the field they went.
You think the Bears would have won that game if Westbrook was healthy or Buckhalter didnt go down?

The Eagles offense without Westbrook is still better then ours

The Bears' Defense is tougher than last year.
If we don't right our Offensive struggles,
we will need our D-fense to win that game.
Plus we will need to punt out of bounds or out of the endzone and away from Hester with our coverage ability as of late.
    From what I saw yesterday,
The Bears could win this Division.
I hope the Vikes right the ship and begin their dominance but they haven't made me too confident this year yet.

Hopefully the Packers have begun their Decent to the Bottom along with the Lions.
The Lions shouldn't do anybetter without Millen this year, maybe next year.
They still have the same players and lack of Defense.

If we beat the Bears twice and the Lions twice and win our 2nd against the packers,
    I will be happy.
Not too confident in that outcome just yet.
I have a friend who is a Viking fan, but is hoping the Vikings lose just so Chilly is gone for sure next year.
I don't ever want to lose on purpose or for any reason.
I want to win no matter what.
Four score and seven years ago, Brad Childress has brought upon this team, a west coast offense, conceived in San Francisco, and Dedicated to be a Kick jiggly butt offence. We are now engaged in an NFL season, testing weather that offense can get going or that our defense can long endure.

Re: Looking at the remaining schedule for the north.........

I think 11-5 is a long shot at best. But I have been looking at it and think 9-7 or 10-6 is not entirely impossible. I of course do not know Rodgers injury ... but I do not love the Packers anyway.
I feel like if we can beat them in the second meeting and get to 9-7 for the season we will have a shot at the division title.
There is also no reason to just mark New Orleans down as a loss next week. I don't love our chances, but we do have a shot. Unfortunately we will be underdogs ... and this year we are 0-3 as underdogs.
