That story is about as touching as Jeffrey Dahmer's Mom crying and pleading that her son was innocent after his arrest.
Hopefully the Vikings find a way to see some positive in Ferguson.
;D
I'm still a bit peeved at the guy on here who convinced me that he would help out at the WR position and help out with K/PR's.
;D
He aint exactly gonna' hurt our passing attack.
;D
Birk is great, it's a fact.
Hutch is an animal and the best guard I've seen in the last decade.
McKinnie is decent.
So, that leaves me wondering...WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!

Cook?????

Is he that bad?

I don't care how good Birk and Hutch are or were.
Go back and take a look at the Lions game.
Both of them got beat repeatedly.
In fact, Birk missed several blocks allowing a free man into the backfield.
I am not sure whats going on however, I vote for firing the OL Coach first.
If that don't fix it fire the next guy in charge.
If that don't work go for the next one.
That should get somebodies head out of thier ass.
;DMany many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.

It was said last year that it was complicated & would take a year to grasp.
Yet here we are 18 regular season games, 8 preseason games, 2 training camps & several OTA's & minicamps later & our line still
doesn't "get it".
Meanwhile GB throws a bunch of rookies on the line last year & are protecting Favre just fine after a handful of games last year. I believe they even have more rookies on the line this year.
Favre had all day to throw against us last year & he seems to be getting a lot of time this year as well.

They should have it down enough to at least be a bit more consistent.
The lions were in our backfield on almost every play.
We'd better start looking for Backup QB's and RB's because we are gonna loose a bunch of em to injury this year as a result of our OL issues.

Re: Longwell has faith in Robert Ferguson
The line will have everything ironed out within the next 3 years.

Any rookie/2nd year player we have on the line now, will be a FA in less than 3 years.
Where will Birk be in 3 years?

However, unless we start canning some of the coaching staff and actually bringing in linemen who can pass block I don't see it happening any faster than that.
