Not to be a party pooper, but I have my doubts that we can do it at this point.

and before I get the "you're not a good fan unless you have infinite and unwarrented faith in the ability of the team" responses, save yourself the time. That philosophy is a load of crap. There's absolutely nothing wrong with being a realist.

We are down by 2 touchdowns and they get the ball at the beginning of the half. Brian Williams is being his normal sucke-er-ific self, and obviously the football gods are shining on these guys because they are getting every break in the world...

I just think think it's back down to earth for the Vikes this week.

blackboards, chairs, pencils, throw some tape, get those guys motivated. the animal is starting to get warmed up. what a hit by #26 but horseshoe luck went against us. they are not flying around like last game. STEP UP THE INTENSITY!!!!!!!

What I always tell myself in these situations is 'now I get a chance to watch one of the greatest comebacks in playoff history--won't that be fun!'

I never give up hope, despite the fact the realist knows a team down by 14 at the half and not getting the ball will very seldom win.

'Cause there's always the exceptions, Like the Bills in '93 when they were down 35-3 in the third quarter and came back to win 41-38 in overtime.

At any rate the Vike's defense held, the Vikes now have a better shot than the Bills did with their backup QB who'd generated only three points in the game until almost exactly this point...
