Re: Local star power dimming
In the last 15 years...who would have thought the Twins would have the biggest names in MN sports!?

Re: Local star power dimming
In the past 20 years:
Twins= 2 world championships
Every other pro franchise in the state combined=0 Championships.
Doesn't surprise me the twins have more name recognition. Hopefully the Vikings can add some in the next few years

Good for the Twins.
When they were fielding teams that were always capable of winning, they were fun to follow, and I really don't like baseball all that much.
The twins as a whole may still lack the star power the vikes have had though.

AP or AD as he likes to be called will become one of the biggest stars in Viking history,the next Eric Dickerson.
AP star power will light up the Minnesota sky

One of the lowest paid teams with very little "star power"

I would say that Mauer and Morneau have some star power.
