According to kffl.com Mo Lewis was released from the jets and Ian Gold of the Broncos will test the Free Agent Market. I think either of those guys would make a good edition to our LB group. I'm not sure of Mo Lewis, he was good, i haven't read anything about him lately.

Sam Rodgers from Atlanta was also released. Atlanta had the worst defense in the league this year though, and thats all i know about any of there players, other than former Packers CB Tyrone Williams will more than likely be released June 1st.

Tyrone Carter was dumped by the Jets too. I don't want him to start on defense, but he might be a valuable tool for Rusty Tillman's team.

Ray Buchannon was also cut by the Vicks. He did a pretty good job covering Moss one-on-one a year or 2 ago, would he be an upgrade over Irvin?
