Lets hope every catch he makes for us this year are like that one.
Ending up with 6.
I especially liked this part..
Lewis was signed by Minnesota on Sept. 10, in large part for that sort of professionalism. The Vikings released Bobby Wade to make room for him. The move was not popular at the time. Some considered it a case of coach Brad Childress collecting more flotsam and jetsam from his old team, the Philadelphia Eagles. Plus, Wade was a popular figure. But Lewis' one catch clearly was enough to win over every fan in purple. He could retire tomorrow and still be a Vikings legend.
I'll remember the name Greg Lewis for the rest of my life, that's for sure.
The man in the shadows is usually the one you need to keep your eyes on.
