Thread: Leslie Is Gonna Make Me Proud

I know alot of you believe that the Noodle gets the most critique out of me with respect to this team.

Well let me tell you, that he isn't my biggest scapegoat of late. Our Defensive Coordinator gets alot from me. IMHO, mostly warranted.

To use a cliche' used by alot on here.....
"The Time is Now".......for him to prove me wrong about his coaching abilities.

We are digned on the backside, tonight running a scheme that isn't condusive to stopping the passing attacks employed by the NFL these days.

Mix into that the little fact that we are a Team (and Fans) looking for revenge tonight for what happened at the close of our year last year.

This not only hurt us (the Players and Fans) emotionally (there has been a bit of talk) and some, physically.

Coach Frazier, I am standing by to swallow my words and admitt that you are the coach that alot of people think you are.

Tonight, you will prove if you can coach, tonight you will prove that you can take that front 4 and get pressure on Brees. You don't have to kill him, just move him around, and you have to dictate were he moves. A few hard hits from EJ blitzing early will go along way to helping the "Overmatched kids we have on the backend.

Prove me wrong coach. Dial up a plan like you used against the Steelers last year. Getting to strap it on, maintain thier gaps and lanes. That way those kids on the back end will be able to work those shifts and handoffs the way we need them to do.

Get them through the next 2 or 3 weeks relatively unscathed, and I will be a forever fan of yours.

I don't know. I'm on his bandwagon of late. I sometimes wish that he had a bit more of a defensive background........

Still have not run 4 WRs out there yet by the way.

Well so far I'm kindof happy.

Backside is working thier overmatched ass off with very little pressure up front and not doing to bad.

On a side note, Wish the stupid announcer knew that a S doesn't get over the top 3-5 yards behind the CB.

I am counting 3 times we should have had an INT and 3 times the coverage downfield was good enough to get Brees to settle for the dump off.

Comeon Leslie, get JA going. He needs to get off as much as he is singled up and we should be OK in the second.

Tons of pressure on the D this year. So far, they are doing just fine.

Leslie should be the Coach not Clueless.

I really like Frazier, and every year I'm surprised someone hasn't snagged him. Unfortunately with Chilly's extension I think Frazier will be gone before getting the chance to take over here.
