Here is NFL rushing leader and MVP candidate Adrian Peterson ...

On whether Vikings coach Leslie Frazier should be a candidate for coach of the year: "I think so. The job he has done since taking over -- leading this group -- he has been the inspiration we need as the leader of this team. You couldn't ask for a better person to win it."

LOL, no doubt, keep feeding the ball to AD and he will continue to love Leslie.

How about it folks, Leslie for Coach of the Year?

Pagano was replaced by Bruce Arians after 3 games after being diagnosed with Leukemia. Bruce is no doubt one of the front runners even though he's only coached for a partial season. Mike Smith, Gary Kubiak, Bellicheat and Pete Carroll along with Bruce are probably the serious contenders.

Just found it humorous when I saw it coming from a guy who is on pace to set the rushing record. Although, MN is an 8-6 team that went 3-13 last year. It is one of the better turnarounds in terms of record. It's just that nobody's buying into them being a good team. MN is the bottom rated playoff eligible team and the lowest rated 8-6 team.

Impossible.

Really, battleaxe? He's managed eight wins from a four win talent team. Pretty good job, imo.

I think most of the credit goes to Peterson and his amazing season not Leslie. What about are regressing QB?

I would like to see Ariens coach the Vikings next year.

If we finish 10-6 I think he deserves real consideration. Every coach is dependent on the players.

And Childress managed 8 wins with Tarvaris Jackson starting for him in 2007, with Troy Williamson, Robert Ferguson & Bobby Wade as their feature WR's.

I don't recall Childress being nominated for "Coach of the Year" that year by AD or anyone else.

I agree. I have a hard time believing we win any more games. Sorry but we are going up against the big boys now.
