Leber identifies plenty of reason for optimism

Leber identifies plenty of reason for optimism

Now entering his third season with the Vikings, the linebacker says the players know they have the ability to be a dominant team on both sides of the ball.

Re: Leber identifies plenty of reason for optimism

I was optimistic about Leber taking Henderson's place after the Saints game. Ben did a great job getting to the deep middle and knocked away a couple of sure completions in that game. I actually thought he was better in coverage than EJ was. So naturally the Vikes immediately moved him back outside for the next game, and apparently for the rest of the season. It is his normal position, but dang, I thought they were on to something using him in the middle.

For some reason this does not make me feel any better.

Turnovers and Special Teams led to those points being scored, yea defense gave up some huge stupid plays, but if it weren't for stupid turnovers they would not have been in those positions anyways.
