Re: Kluwe Sits Out Offseason Practices
hopefully he'll be back healthy and better than ever when the season starts, he's a hell of a kicker and too young to go down

Re: Kluwe Sits Out Offseason Practices
This really worries me. I really hope me makes 100% recovery. I'm beginning to think Tice's decision to let him play out the season was a bad one.

Re: Kluwe Sits Out Offseason Practices
It'll be okay.. Ask any football fan how long it takes a football player to recover from ligament damage and they'll say 6-8 months.
To use an example I remembered earlier and mentioned in another thread: Ruud Van Nistelrooy (he of Manchester United and Holland fame) tore cruciate knee ligaments in April 2000 and subsequently failed a medical that would have allowed him to move from PSV to Manchester. However, a year later - 2001 - the move was revived, completed, and in 01/02 season Ruud scored 23 goals in 32 Premiership games, and win the PFA Player of the Year Award.
So don't worry.. He'll be back. The only worry is if Childress is willing to wait for him, or cut him and get someone else.

I hope he comes back 100%.
I have no idea how good of a punter Torp will be if he doesn't & Childress may still have to look for a decent kicker as the season draws near.
