It would be nice when someone fuks up on this team to actually get an ear full instead of the night of the living dead Viking sidelines. Not one coach comes up to any player and tells him to get his shit together. That's a recipe for failure. Wake up Les, you're not Tony Dungy. He had Peyton Manning and was a figurehead not a coach.

Dungy was pretty successful in turning the Bucs around. Was he a figurehead there, too? Just a mask for the masterful Buccaneer quarterbacks to wear?

Did he win the SB in Tampa? Nope. Did he win playoff games in Tampa? Nope. Gruden came in and took the Bucs to a Superbowl win. Actually Dungy failed more times than he succeeded with the Colts in the playoffs. He was the defensive guru supposedly in Indy.... Their defense was not great, THE OFFENSE WAS. Not to worry, Frasier won't be around too much longer in Minny when he loses his last 4 of 5. Teams after the first quarter of the season found the game plan that worked against the Ponder led offense. You see the results. They have no answers against any team that is a legit contender. Coaches like Frasier are failures in the NFL. Mr. Player coach don't work in this league. Mr Stoic don't work in todays NFL. Guys like the Harbaughs win today, not guys like Frasier. He has no CREDENTIALS to be a head guy except for the Rooney rule that got him some interviews. Of course the Vikings bit , and it will bite them in the ass.
