Kevin Williams pleads guilty!
I heard this earlier today but nobody has written much on it, so far. Here is an article that SI had. I was waiting to find out more, but it is slow coming out.
I know that he has plead guilty for the domestic argument with his wife, I know that he can face punishment yet by the NFL. We will have to wait and see what that is.
But some good news today on the legal front!!! The charges against McKinnie and Johnson have been dropped!
Here is the SI story
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- Minnesota Vikings defense tackle Kevin Williams was placed on a year's probation and fined $1,000 after pleading guilty to disorderly conduct in a domestic dispute.
Williams, who entered his plea Tuesday in Hennepin County District Court, acknowledged having a loud argument with his wife, Tasha, at their Minnetonka home in August. What we've got here is failure to communicate.

The Vikings’ legal blotter was busy Tuesday, as charges in one case were dropped and charges in another were reduced.
Offensive linemen Bryant McKinnie and Marcus Johnson had charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process dropped. The two were arrested Sept. 26 after being associated with a fight at Bobby and Steve’s Auto World in Minneapolis, about a half mile from the Metrodome.
Defensive lineman Kevin Williams pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in an early-morning incident stemming from an argument with his wife in August at their Minnetonka home. Williams was ordered to pay a fine of $1,000, court costs and will be on probation for one year...

Re: Kevin Williams pleads guilty!
I don't know if the NFL punishes a player for disorderly conduct via suspension. Do they?
If anything, I expect they would impose a fine.

I think stuff like this really is not the public's business. I am against him hitting his wife, that is for sure, but if they work it out and he pays his fine and serves probabtion that should be that. I dont think the NFL will get involved, and I dont know how much the Vikes should get involved.

Good news today...Hopefully this will lift the burden off of KWill's mind, and great news about charges being dropped for McKinnie and Johnson.

They never really had much on McKinnie and Johnson in the 1st place. From what I read, several witnesses said some bitch at the gas station instigated it all.Good news today...Hopefully this will lift the burden off of KWill's mind, and great news about charges being dropped for McKinnie and Johnson.
