Kevin Williams improving our d line

Was anyone else impressed with this guy as i was. He had 51 tackles last year, 10.5 sacks as a rookie. I think he was a great draft pick last year and helped us improve alot. I really think him and Johnstone are going to improve our defensive line by stuffing the run and putting pressure on the quarterback. We have to get as many sacks as we can this year. If we can do that i see us winning our division next year and super bowl bound.

yea we need to rush the QB more to get turnovers. Kevin Williams should be even better in his second year.

3 of those sacks were against phoenix, with hovan taking most of the double teams. however, He's good, and with Uduze I am very optomistic about our D line

Udeze is gonna be a stud DE in the NFL. He already uses his hands, like a Jason Taylor. Line him up in a line, next to hovan and kevin williams, those 3 will create some havoc for the QB. I think Darrion scott will suprise some of you guys as well. He is a talented football player, and he is gonna be playing both DE and DT for us this year. I expect him to get a lot of playing time, and be a steal for a 3rd round guy.

Before we get to sacks and all, lets stop the run completely and effectively. Our run d was horrible. Then we can think of sacks and all.

and remember that williams spent most of the season out of his natural position. i think scott will be a good player too. he's supposed to take billy lyons spot as the crossover lineman and backup both end spots

Williams impressed me quite a bit last year. Especially when he was playing his natural DT position. Him and Hovan could easily become the best DT tandem in the league.

each of these three guys has the ability to get to the passer if single blocked, no one can dispute that. and with them lined up together with mixon at the run stopping end, one of them will be single blocked every play. and with martin and scott providing breathers as our depth, they will be fresher at the end of the games, so they won't wear down as much
