    K-Robs trial results:

Can someone "law savvy" please tell me what this means? Looks like the "big charge" got dropped? What is this 364 day suspension???? Did he already serve it?

Vikings | Police and Courts: WR Koren Robinson
    Wed, 14 Sep 2005 18:21:56 -0700

Mike Sando, of the Tacoma News Tribune, reports Minnesota Vikings WR Koren Robinson had a court hearing Wednesday, Sept. 14, in Kirkland, Wash. It was over allegations that he violated his probation on his DUI conviction by showing up intoxicated to serve his one-day jail sentence. According to his attorney, the prosecution dropped the allegation in exchange for Robinson admitting two other violations. Robinson rectified those situations before the hearing and the judge imposed 50 hours of community service to be performed in the next three months. He also re-imposed the previous DUI sentence of one-day in jail, with credit for one day served, plus 364 days suspended sentence.

If he gets busted again he'll serve the suspended 364 days. All he owes now in 50 hour community service.

So this means we will have him for the Bengals, right?

"Robinson is expected back on the field for today's practice. No decision has been made on whether he will play Sunday at Cincinnati."

You will have to talk to the resident attorney Cajun to be sure but I think it means that he received a 364 day sentence and he doesn't have to serve it in jail as long as he doesn't have any probation violations. If he breaks any rules set down by the court he will go before a judge and he could spend whatever time is left of his term in the clink!!

There s only two things stopping you - fear and common sense!! The Truth you CAN"T HANDLE THE TRUTH!!!!!!!!
