That brings me back!
There was a fan in the stand on MFN (don't remember the game) that had a sign that said "We Love You Howie!".
Then when the camera finally went on them, they dropped the front sign, and behind it was a sign that said "Howie Sucks!".
One of the funniest MNF moments ever!

The Best Thing You Can Do:

Make a sign that praises Favre without ever acknowledging that he played for the Packers. A Sign that Reads, "IN FAVRE WE TRUST" in huge purple lettering is a good example. Extremely simple, but utterly ironic, on multiple levels. May want to stick a few Vikings Horns and Purple #4s on there to boot.

Funny, but that one might get ya booted.

So the game is only a couple days away, and it looks like we're going with the following sign:

"WE HATE BRETT FAVRE" written in purple on a yellow background with the "HATE" crossed out and "LOVE" written below in red spray paint.
I've got an example drawn up on my Paint application but I can't figure out how to get in on here.


On a side note, I was really thinking of going with the idea making a banner that shows Favre standing in line at what looks to be a lemonade stand, only instead of it saying "Lemonade $1" it says "Mooning Lessons $5", and instead of their being a little girl behind the stand, its Randy Moss.
Of course this is sort of an inside joke between Pack/Vikes fans, ever since Moss did that fake mooning as a TD celebration.
Obviously it would be a pretty detailed sign, which is why I wouldn't want to spend the time on it and have Dome security tell me a gotta take it down.
What do you guys think..would a sign like that fly?

It was touched on earlier, but a simple version might go like:

Ticket to the game- $170
Brett Favre's salary- $12 million
Watching the expression on the Packers fans faces when he beats them- Priceless.

I hope you plan on holding up that sign. Hanging banners from the upper deck is forbidden at the Metrodome.

I don't know how well they enforce that though.

My brother in law just made up a huge sign that reads - "YOU JUST GOT FAVRED ON!!!"

Thought it was kind of funny since we used to say things like "Man, I gotta take a Favre".
