All i am saying is its not right for any rational fan to go to the extremes about this issue.
The team could be 2-0 with either QB, they could also be 0-2 with either QB.
The huge advantage johnson has this year is the coaching staff and the D.
DC never had a d, DC is coming off an injury that should have sidlined him for a lot longer than it did.
When he tries to do everything, thats when he makes the mistakes, he is trying too hard in miami right now.
I do know, if we were 0-2 right now, no one would be ripping johnson for the losses, it would be aimed at everything but.
I will be a BJ supporter for my life because with the right girl it feels great, with the wrong one, well rails hurt.

    A W solves everything
Where is is written about what is the right or wrong things for people to do?

    DC never had a D?
I know that would help, but how does that solve the fumbles, ints, and his inability to hit an open WR?
    I does not.
Just another excuse, and we gave him plenty.

How do you know DC is trying to hard?
It is impossible to tell by watching Sportscenter.
DC was a "has been" and cannot perform without a crutch (Moss).

    Yes.
    That's the one.
I was going to say that but I couldn't remember if that was the question or not.

Pep's performance so far is exactly why he is not a Viking anymore. We have moved on......................

daunte is trying way to hard!If anyone saw the pick he trew at buffalo it is the exact same play when we played the bengals last year. When he get out of the pocket goes to the sideline and throw into tripple coverage.Dante is good when he has a running game like he did in 01 and 04 (somewhat) he has a good defense now 6th in the league.Dante never plays good against a top 10 defense and he will always fumble because he has freakishly small hands.Bottom line dante will never win a superbowl

    Re: Johnson vs Culpepper

Del - let me say that the O-line and D-line are the foundation for success without them you will have a difficult time winning any game.
But that is a collective unit.
One person who is most influential in the victory or loss with his play and decision making is the QB.
And to those who say DC didn't have a D there were many games that he could have orchestrated a two minute drive for a victory.
Something that the QBs people were comapring DC to did on a consistent basis.
Something DC was never able to accomplish but rarely if ever.

His lack of reading defenses and going through his progressions were evident again with the fins against an inferior team.
He just doesn't see the field and plays that could be made aren't.
He has talent but you can say that about Ryan Leaf and todd Marinivich.
    Talent doesn't always = success.
A QBs talent is not just physical; DC does not have all the attributes to be a great QB.
He will be an average QB and I have argued that point for years.
He may have a good year here and there but he will never be consistent because he does not know how to go through his progressions and read blitzes and also makes the mistake of holding onto the ball to long.
Sometimes a good play is just throwing the ball away and not taking a sack or losing the ball.
He has been in the league seven years and still doesn't get it!!

There s only two things stopping you - fear and common sense!! The Truth you CAN"T HANDLE THE TRUTH!!!!!!!!
