I would just like to clear the air on one issue about DC that I have seen tossed up in these threads far to often.

It is some peoples misconception that DC was a bad passer simply because Moss had to "go up" to catch a pass from Daunte as if he over threw it or was not on target, therefore making him look good.

For anyone who has followed the Vikings closely, they should know that the "high throw" that those people thought was a poorly thrown pass, was actually on target & right where it should be.

Moss repeatedly told DC to get the ball up high when throwing to him & he would go up & get it.

It was intended to be that way to capitalize on Moss's vertcal ability & to keep the ball away from the defenders.
