Booty got hurt in 2007 and after that he didn't look the same, thus the drop in stats.
If you look at Sanchez's performance as his sub in 2007 with the same talent, he wasn't as good as his year as a starter, 7TDs 5INTs.

I'm not saying Sanchez isn't much better and deserved to be a 1st rounder, but Booty looked very good in college and I expected more in the Pros.

Then we will be able to judge a USC QB skills in relationship to team talent.
