Is there any Virginia Tech fans here?
How about anyone who follows the Cologne Centurians of NFL Europe?


Well I doubt it on either, but I want to bring this guy up none the less.

Jimmy Kibble played his college ball for Virginia Tech and was considered one of the best kickers in the NCAA when he did. Now he is playing for Cologne, and is not allocated to any NFL team.

He had one workout with the Bills.
Obviously, there may be a reason for that... but then again there might not be. He might just be one of those diamond in the rough players that nobody has discovered yet.

I think that we really need to bring this guy in for a workout, before another team snatches him up. He just nailed two more long ones for Cologne yesterday, and I believe that he already has hit from 48 this season in Europe.
I think he is better than anything the Vikings currently have on the roster.

It certainly wouldnt be much worse than Elling....or maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised?

I say why not to that too. Can't get much worse than it is

I remember him in college ... I am from Charlottesville so I hate him by default ... but I dont think it would hurt to give hima tryout. I dont think he has the leg that Nichols or Elling have though.
