Michael Jenkins wasn't a lock to make the Minnesota Vikings' roster even after rookie Greg Childs was lost for the season.
Taking a sizeable pay cut improved Jenkins' chances.

You know you have a piss-poor WR corp when your #2 WR for the 1st 3 weeks of the season, #3 overall, has to take a huge paycut just to keep from getting cut from the team.

Jenkins showed pretty decently in the game I think tonight v the Bills. Simpson and Jenkins aren't all stars, but they are better than Aromashadu and other options.

Aromashadu pretty well stunk the place up tonight. As much as he has shined in the past, I would be surprised if he was on the team in 2 weeks. Jenkins will be serviceable. Sadly, that makes our team at the WR position.
