Hopefully any QB we bring in will have the numbers of a few quality linemen that he can bring with him to block. Without that I see no reason for bringing someone else in.

The Vikings QB situation is starting to remind me of the Bring out your dead Scene in Monty Pythons Holy Grail. Holcolm doesn't want to go on the cart.
    LMAO!

    LOL.
I would give next years 7th rounder.

    Sounds good to me.
The Chiefs still have him on there active roster. If they move him to the practice squad, we wouldn't need to trade for him..........just sign him.

Childress seems to enjoy making terrible decisions with quarterbacks, so it wouldn't surprise me if he brought him in and acclaimed him the QB of the future.

Maybe Doug Flutie is still looking for work.
I wouldn't mind some Flutie flakes and maybe a dropkick fieldgoal or two.

We need a miracle. But Jeff "stone feet" George would be a disaster, even less mobile than Holcomb, I hear "two shots" Tommy, and Injun' Joe Kapp, are still available....

The Vikings have reached the nadir of their search for a productive and reliable quarterback. Jeff George, who hasn't thrown a pass in an NFL game since 2001, is confident he can upgrade the team's 30th-ranked pass offense.....
