Payne is just this year's Jason carter. Every, single, year, there's some scrub that comes to training camp, makes a few catches and automatically will somehow be a solid contributor? It's yet to happen.

Spent alot of time grooming JJ, so I hope he heals quickly, cause he was really starting to shine as a punt returner, and was versatile enough to be a WR, or 3rd down RB.
