This would have more credit if this came from a "Great former QB"

74 QBR over 10 years in Philly ain't exactly chopped liver. No one watches more film than Jaws. Yeah, he can get on the nerves but he usually knows what he's talking about. One thing he's dead on about- our guy isn't Cassel or Ponder.

This is so true. But I think everyone here knew that. I like Jaws most when he beat the Cryboys back in the day. I'm just saying if Joe Montana said that I would be like "OH HELL YA!" lol

    Why?

There are lots of coaches, scouts and analysts that weren't great players.

I like most of you watch Jaws most of the time. I find he can be wrong(bigtime) as much as he is right. Anderson I totally agree with your above statement. Just for me and my thoughts, I'm not sure Jaws is "That guru guy" Some of the greatest most accurate NFL analysts are not ex players. Once again I am NOT a Jaws hater.

I don't mind Jaws, he seems right more times than not. Dilfer wasn't a great QB either, but knows QB's. He was spot on about Ponder before we drafted him. I know one things for sure, these talking heads know QB's a hell of a lot better than anyone with our franchise.

I'm not sure Peyton Manning could have done much better given the circumstances
