Jared Allen wants 17+ sacks in 2011

Jared Allen says his goal is to finish the 2011 season with 100 career sacks. He'll need 17 in 16 regular season games to do it.

If the secondary elevates their play and he looks as good as he did for the second half of 2010 he can definitely do it.

Allen won't get it ebcause KW takes too many plays off. Is aid it. He is dominant when he wants to be but often he doesn't try to inflict his will.

With the way the season is looking he might have to average 2.2 a game or so to get to that number.

It's definitely doable. 17 sacks would still make his career high, but he has been pretty close many times and he's the type of player who could do it. I have faith.
