Thread: Jared Allen is overpaid and overrated!!!

Would anyone else like to see Jared Allen alternated from RDE to LDE during the game to confuse their offense? Maybe even slide to KWill to RDE once in a while?

Last time I checked we need pressure from the blind side and up the middle still.

Last time I checked we need pressure from the blind side and up the middle still.

Until last night, our opponents rolled the pocket to their right, and also ran many of their plays to that side. I'm just throwing it out there as a suggestion...to add another thing for the QB to consider when he comes to scrimmage. And doing this shouldn't negatively affect our performance.

I know last year Allen played some inside, he got a lot of pressure on the Packers doing that.

It is little, low risk things like this that I would love to see more of from the Vikings.
We need to change things up.

Actually in that game it was inside twists or stunts that caused the most grief..
