@Wobby: Leslie Frazier just announced that DE Jared Allen has been named NFC Defensive Player of the Month.

Well deserved! Should be an early candidate for DPOY. Not to mention the newborn baby girl that he just had. What a month for our defensive MVP! Congrats Jared. You're tireless effort hasn't gone unnoticed.

He is playing out of his mind right now. He is stuffing the run and being absolutely dominant against the pass. Absolutely could not ask for more from him. I just hope he has two more years in him so his dominance is not wasted all on bad teams down the stretch of his career.

He has a legitimate chance at the single-season sack total ... but people don't realize he also has a legit chance at making a run at the the career sack total also.

He has really stepped up his game since about midway last year. At some point he will get even more attention than he is getting now and t that point Robison and the DT's will see a jump in production and then some people will have to find a new way to hack on the Dline.

You just don't get that kind of production if the whole unit isn't doing a pretty dang good job my friend.

You need a zero technique war pig and Robison can't hold up against the run !
On a side note, Jared Allen can't play the run !
But the offensive line is just fine.

Although that is funny. I can't say the dline is playin well. Robison disapeared so far. And the DTs cant collapse the pocket. Remi is straight trash. Hes a no name so no one talks about him but he is the worst "NT" ive ever seen. And u never hear Ballard or Guion anymore. And our all pro Kevin. Well I think he got long in the tooth. Allen is just a freak and i've read he's gotten to the QB in 2 seconds numerous times. Thats unreal. Cant say that has anything to do with Robison or the DTs collapsing the pocket. Even our amazing run D has gone to shit.

Yeah but they don't need to be any good because the secondary can just bail them out.

Yes, but I wish they would intercept some passes. It sucks that C2 CB's don't ever try to intercept a pass since that's not what our D is about.

I beg to differ, there have been some VERY successful C2 defenses that excelled at getting turnovers... odd thing about those teams are, they had playmakers, while our best DBs by far are hurt and suspended.
