That said, I agree. The substance of this article is poo. I agree that Allen hasn't been as productive, with a lot of his sacks coming against a horrible GB o-line, but c'mon. He's still getting there, getting pressures and hitting QBs.

Another thing, the emergence of Ray Edwards is happening at the exact same time that Jared Allen's production is dropping slightly.... You figure that one out.

Hmmm, very astute observation for a Packer fan.

There's much more to the game than sacks, although it's the single most quantifiable stat for the pass rusher. He's in the QB's face much of the time, and keeps the motor running, evidenced by yesterday's INT (and ill-advised lateral).

You and I could write for the Bleacher Report, and more than likely do a much better job than this guy.
