    It's Official. McKinnie suspended 4 games.

    I started a new thread for this because all of the other threads were speculation or about suspensions in general.
    I felt this is big enough news that it warranted its own thread.
    If the powers that be feel this should hvae been in one of the others, I am sure it will be merged...

    MCKINNIE SUSPENDED FOUR GAMES
    The NFL has annouced that Vikings left tackle Bryant McKinnie has been suspended for the first four games of the 2008 regular season.

    Presumably, the suspension is final and all appeals have been exhausted.

    The suspension begins tomorrow, August 30.
    He’s eligible to return on September 29.

    It was announced on NFLN too, I can't find any other links for it yet though.
    Access Vikings is down, which is what happens when they are uploading a new blog.

    Wish the Commish would have done this sooner.
    Sucks to lose someone the week before the season starts.
    But in the end the responsibility and the blame lies on McKinnie for being an idiot in the first place.
