Thread: Interesting Survey I took regarding the new Vikings stadium

I received an email from the Vikings asking me to take part in a survey regarding some of the preliminary concepts for a new Vikings stadium.
I copied over most of the questions so you could take a look (some of the questions I didn't get to see, based on my answers to others).

I also saved some images of the club, loge, and suite concepts.

A new stadium may feature Club Seats in the lower sections of the stadium between the 25-yard lines with excellent sightlines to the playing surface as pictured below. Amenities that may be offered to club seat holders include:

- private restrooms
- preferred parking
- private entrance
- access to a private club immediately adjacent to the Club Seat section, and
- padded seats that are two inches wider and have five inches more leg room than seats at the Metrodome

Club seats along the sidelines would be located in the areas outlined below.

A Touchdown Club may also be added at a new stadium as pictured below. The Touchdown Club may feature club seats in one endzone of the stadium. Amenities offered to Touchdown Club seat holders would include:

- private restrooms
- preferred parking
- private entrance
- access to a private club, and
- padded seats that are two inches wider and have five inches more leg room than seats at the Metrodome

The main difference between the Touchdown club and Club Seats is that Touchdown Club seating would come with all inclusive food and beverages whereas Club Seating along the sidelines may not. touchdown_club_area_11-04-08 2

A new stadium may also include loge boxes located in the endzones or in the corners of the lower seating bowls as pictured below. Loge boxes could seat 4 to 8 people and would be similar to opera box seating in a theater. Seats would be located outside with comfortable caster chairs and dividers between each box and may be equipped with a drink rail and television monitor.

I took it too....and said I wouldn't buy season tickets in anything but standard stadium seating.

You would be surprised.
I would buy season tickets regardless.
However, the number of season tickets is dependent on a roof...
Hard to bring my children to an outdoor game in December.

To be honest, I would likely opt for club seating if the stadium had no roof.
That way the lounge is available for my children or guests.
