Thread: Injury might sideline Phil Loadholt as Minnesota Vikings meet Houston

The Vikings will play their most important exhibition game Monday night at Houston. It remains to be seen whether starting right tackle Phil Loadholt will play.

Other notes:

QB rotation: When Brett Favre is done playing Monday night, the plan is for Tarvaris Jackson to be the second quarterback who enters the game, followed by Sage Rosenfels,

Getting comfortable: Vikings center John Sullivan and Favre are off to a good start together. Sullivan reports there have been no issues with the center-quarterback exchange on snaps.

Pat will play: Big defensive tackle Pat Williams will play at Houston, Frazier said. Williams didn't play in the first two exhibition games, but that's only because he was given some rest, Frazier said.

Briefly: Frazier said he has more depth at safety than he did a year ago. He noted that Eric Frampton, Husain Abdullah and Jamarca Sanford are playing well. And undrafted players Colt Anderson and De'von Hall have potential.

I never heard that Loadholt was hurt... anyone know the in jury?

I believe it is a minor leg injury

Well it is pre-season, and I'de rather see any starter sit out and get healthy 100%, rather than to chance further aggrevating an injury......

Oh me too, I could care less about the game tomorrow if he plays, just get healthy and be there week one.
