Injuries
I was curious...I haven't heard much and was wondering about the other injuries I saw when I flipped through your game yesterday. Is Moe and Kleinsasser out or just dinged?
Have you ever seen a race of turtles, and they all go the wrong way instead of towards the finish line?
Welcome to the NFC North.

Williams and Kleinsasser should be listed as doubtful as of this afternoon. Williams has a sprained ankle and is not expected to practice on Thurs. Kleinsasser has a possible hyperextension of his knee but needs to be checked out by the doc's to be sure. Another injury which happened during warm-ups was to Ken Irvin, who ruptured his achilles. The info can be found on Vikings.com under the Tice press conference.

Tice said in his radio interview today, Moe will miss a few days practice but he is a tough guy and should be ready to go, so he was down playing Moe's ankle sprain!
Also said that Michael Bennett looked good in practice today, but said with the depth we have at back he would not rush him tell he is almost perfect!
Said Rushen had a bruised chest and pride, said he should be ready for Monday night
Said Jimmy K had a hyper extended Knee and would be rested a few days, But he is a tough guy and will be ready to play
Did not mention Udeze shoulder at all. (?)
Said he was not happy with the D front line and that they started doing things they did last year and that they would work on it!What we've got here is failure to communicate.

That's good news about Williams and Jimmy. I figured that Kleinsasser would play but, I was a little worried about Williams.

TIce saying everyone is a tough guy is like an elementary teacher telling every kid they are doing a great job. It might be true, but every level of toughness is different. If he rushes them back, or plays Mr. Tough coach he'll risk hurting them more. What an idiot. "They're tough guys!"

New update on Jimmy K, the MRI revealed more damage than originally reported (ACL) and he could be lost for 3 - 4 weeks. What we've got here is failure to communicate.

Yeah, Favre plays like an idiot and everyone talks like he is superman. It's more like Stuperman. He needs to go back to pain killers. He played better then. But packman will say how tough he is and what a great player is. But Tice is stupid to say our guys are tough. Packman keep thinking, an idea is that head of yours, keep looking for it.
