Ahhh! Just make it that the loser has to buy all the beer the other can drink in an afternoon.

That way you can both get sh!t-faced watching GB lose to the Falcons after the Vikings/Giants game!

We might go with the standard 12pack or case, but it's nice to make it an embarrassing bet for the loser, which unfortunately will more than likely be me.

But for some reason, I don't know why, I actually have a good feeling about this game. Maybe it's that I can see New York underestimating us based on our record. I think they may be considering this a tune up game for the rest of their season and looking past us to their next few games which are:

home vs. Eagles
at Seattle
home Dallas
at Philly
home Chiefs
at Washington
at Oakland

Not exactly an easy finish. Hopefully they look past the Vikings and it ends up biting them.

Not that anyone was curious what we decided on for our Vikings/Giants bet, but I haven't drudged (is that even a word, in my head it sounds good) up an old thread, but I'll tell you guys anyway.

I have a Superman costume from Halloween a few years back. We decided that the loser would have to buy the winner a case of beer, at a busy store dressed in the Superman costume. A couple Sundays later he paid up. The store clerks got a good laugh out of it, and I got free beer. He went fully equipped with a hat and sunglasses, and we made him go in the store by himself.

Next time they play (either playoffs next year, or the year after), provided neither team has a huge advantage, we're thinking the loser has to wash the winners car in a two piece bikini. We'll probably wait until spring before loser has to pay up, though.

My father being a Giants fan and me being a Vikings fan, have always bet just a dinner on the games....For awhile there, he was eating really good at my expense...

But he will be up soon for the summer visit, and I'm going to make him pay for sure.....Twin Lobsters with a side of primerib for me please.....

He owes me big time...Finaly...
