    I don't understand the what-iffing here.

You could pretty much say "what if" anything... Come up with some crazy philosophical question to ponder, and get back to me.

This team is the best we're going to get this year, so we need to accept that.
Dr. Seuss already owned the team once.

    Yes.

We have a stud line and at least one proven RB with another highly explosive back in the making (barring he stays healthy).

    Good post.
Stud line? Hicks? Johnson? I don't think so.

The left side is pretty good except when McKinnie gets beat on the outside, but the right side needs to be shored up better than what it is.

    It's all relative.
If you have one of the best left side of the lines, then the other two guys just ned to be above average to be studly.
I think the right side will be better.
They were young and have another year under their belt.

Thats funny how you pointed out Hicks and Johnson first w/o mentioning Hutch or Birk.
Anybody would look medicore compared to those guys.
    The right will be fine.

Hicks and Johnson will not be on the field at the same time unless someone gets hurt.
Ryan Cook is the starting RT and Hicks is battling with Adam Herrera for the starting RG spot.
So, at a minimum, your example of bad O-Linemen is one starting G and a backup.
